I love this so much! Even though I wish they had a little more selection. Very convenient and the prices are the same as a regular store in my area

Team, we need landscape mode. Those of us working on tablets do not find it easy to maneuver it, especially when we have attached keyboards, and portrait is unnatural. Fix please! This should be a standard feature in an Amazon app in 2016.

Simply put, my order was cancelled without my promised phone call after multiple calls into support and my losing 3 hours of my life (missed two entire 2 hour delivery Windows with 3 hours from time of order to the start of the first delivery window). I could have walked to Walmart, made it through the line with the cashier who had rheumatoid arthritis, walked back and cooked a proper meal. Nope. I sat for 3 hours waiting for a package that 3 reps told me was still on its way. I cant believe Amazon would be worse than Walmart and I hate that place. Oh, and this was my first use of this app, guess that means my first time user coupon is redeemed and useless now, too.

Okay, Im eligible to use this service where I live and everything. Its just that for some reason the app never works! I add my items to the cart, I press checkout, select the time, select the time, select the time, select the time... You see what I mean. It constantly repeats this step and I cant complete my order. Its very frustrating since this is only a mobile feature.

As an Amazon customer for over 5 years, this is the only review Ive ever made. Their "Now" service should be so incredibly illegal. Go do some research - Amazon hides behind other delivery companies and has them hire "independent contractors" so they dont have any ties to the illegal wages that they are paying. Amazon should never have started this service because all they are doing is taking advantage of the unemployed that will take any job opening and not paying a dime for any of their gas, car payment, shop repairs...while making them drive hundreds of miles and forcing them to work longer than their 8 hour day. Please research what these drivers are saying online and us as customers, supporting this is not humane!

Ability to search for specific restaurants when getting delivery, ability to go to an items listing by clicking on that item when viewing an existing/past order in the "my orders" page, and auto updating (or any ability to refresh the info) when tracking an order would all be excellent (and critical in my opinion) additions in future releases of this app

Received our order in less than an hour using the free 2hour delivery (very happy about that). The delivery guy was polite and courteous. Will use it weekly. Looking forward to them adding more products as time goes on! Pros - fast, courteous delivery. Gps tracking of the driver (tracked him all the way here). Text alert when driver was close. Many of the products we use were available. Email "suggestion box" for products they dont carry. Prices similar or lower to our local supermarkets Cons - not all products we use are available, but confident this will change over time. Paper bags with no handles. Tips are completely optional. Although I tipped the "recommended" amount, they are definitely not required (not sure why other 1-star reviewers are calling this a hidden fee). The terms state all tips are anonymous so even if someone didnt tip, the driver wont know. Personally, I expect to tip for a service such as this. Ordered ice cream to see if it would be melted upon delivery. Happy to report it was not :) Didnt leave any special instructions, so cannot report on whether the drivers pay attention and follow those directions. Overall, very pleased and will continue using this app on a regular basis!

Before finding out about Amazon Prime Now I was ordering my groceries/snacks from Harris Teeter and Walmart, which included service fees or shipping. BUT when I downloaded Prime Now I fell in love with it...I literally ordered products 2 days in a row! Its so fast and convenient, I hope this last forever!!!amazon is perfect.
