This app sneakily adds a tip for delivery services on the very last screen of the payment page without asking and telling its added, its another item in the fine print. You *are* paying for delivery! Unless, you know, youre a monster and you dont (here comes the magical word) *tip*, am I right? We all feel we should tip for service, right? Amazon should be paying the cost of delivery, because that is exactly why I paid for Prime. But instead, what they are doing is that theyre making sure *you* pay for their delivery costs and make you feel worse for it because you just considered (gasp) not paying a *tip* [in reality, Amazons cost you already paid for by paying for Prime, shifted to you] but you begrudgingly did. This is low. Even for Amazon. Dont use this service.

Outstanding app. On Easter weekend with all the stores closed closed, Amazon Prime Now was able to deliver right to my door. Amazing

People should be able to pay with cash since a delivery guy leaves it at your door. Whats so hard about that. Other than that its an amazing app!

Went to pay but the app doesnt support Amazon Prime Store Credit Card.

I have been entirely spoiled by this incredible service! The selection is ever-updating & expanding, there are always sales going on, the food options are amazing (at least in West Hollywood), & the prices beat almost everyone else. Get a few things or a truckload... clothes, tacos, makeup, everything. I have ordered over a dozen times without a hitch. LOVE!

This app is godly. Love the 2-4 hour delivery.

I was a bit wary about using APN at first because of the negative reviews but I decided to give it a try since the main complaint was the tip amount ($5). Whoever has a problem with giving a delivery person a $5 tip for this service apparently thinks its still 1972. This is an awesome app and service. I actually tip the delivery person more since I dont have to go out! I would spend over $10 dollars on transportation and a couple of hours of my valuable time if I went in search of items on my own, so I give it to the delivery person. Im a huge fan of this service.

Can someone please tell me how can I find out if this service is available in my city??? I live in a fairly large city but its not a major one... About 45 minutes outside a major city though...

Cannot cancel an order easily

I am very disappointed that Pcc replaced two of the items I ordered without consulting me. The items are similar but contain things I cannot eat due to diet and allergies. It is disgraceful that I was not consulted and I can only use half of my order. A waste of resources and money. I will never order again. I contacted customer service and no one responded.

Great idea and so far very easy and convenient. Wish they had more items, but glad they are available at all and deliver so quickly.

Used this service for the first time and was very pleased! Watched my driver leave the facility and in route to my home via the courier tracking feature. I will definitely use this service again and highly recommend this to others.

The app itself needs an update. There is no way to update future orders, chance future orders, or even modify the payment. Also, we should be able to rate the delivery drivers. Some are great and others are horrible. Why does Amazon keep putting out trash apps that are at 25% functionality? Also, the food options are too limited for both restaurants and prime now grocery delivery. They are constantly out of stock of the already limited items for grocery. Now they add other stores to buy from that are very limited. Figure it out and then launch the app, not the other way around.

Even the support team at Amazon seems completely confused about how this works, where it works, and what it even is. Amazon is usually excellent so that makes this app even more of a crushing disappoint. Why roll out a service and not even train your team in its basic functionality?

Cant access the app due to a bug, that keeps asking for my zip code, which once I enter it, asks for it again. I tried uninstalling and restarting phone, still no good.

A long time Amazon prime member I was anxious to try Amazon prime now. I downloaded the program just spent 30 minutes browsing and adding a whole bunch of things into the cart, went into the cart and started changing a few quantities and all of a sudden my cart completely emptied out. What a waste of time. Fix it.

And no I am not ashamed of myself!

Well there is no doubt that this service works. Will it take over your instore grocery buying habit- probably not. I recently checked this service to see whether it works as advertised. I used 2 hr delivery and I placed order for aaa lithium 34 pack batteries, seedless grapes, danimals yoghurt smoothies at around 1:40 pm on Thursday and I received these at 3:00 pm. My red seedless grapes arrived in nice packaging but they were tasteless . Other items were to my satisfaction . Conclusion - u cannot replace the things that u feel and even taste in grocery shops with this service-- like tasting a grape to make sure the package is sweet, making sure tomatoes are ripe but not too ripe, picking a bread pack or yoghurt which has the farthest expiration date or freshest. You get the point. For everything else it is great

The concept is great, but this service isnt what it could be. I work a very busy schedule and getting to the grocery store is difficult. I didnt mind paying a little more for items or paying for the tip that Amazon suggests for the delivery, as it is so hard for me to get to a store. I have placed 5 grocery delivery orders so far, all from the same store. The first 2 times I received text messages letting me know certain items in my order were not in stock, despite being available via the app, and I was offered substitutions. Great! The last 3 times the deliveries have arrived with a number of items missing that I ordered. No text was received and no substitutions were offered. Again, these missing items were available in the app but apparently either excluded from my order or not really available to begin with. The most annoying part is that all 3 times at least one of the items was the main protein(s) of the meals that were missing, meals that I had planned out for the next few days. I was left with a lot of produce/sides and nothing to make for the entree. That defeated the whole point of ordering, as I still had to go to the store each time. I wouldnt recommend using this app unless you plan on having to go to the store anyway, which is cheaper to begin with. Amazon you really need to work on your notification and inventory syncing with your app and orders!

Let me start off by saying that I placed my order and waited until 3 minutes before the delivery window closed to find out it was cancelled. A refund was issued but no explanation was given. Apparently the driver had technical difficulties using the app, never called, and just cancelled the order. As for the app--good general features but I wish you could filter and sort by restaurant rating.
