This app has saved me time so I can do other things! Ive ordered twice and both times were great. They also delivered within the time frame.
This app doesnt disappoint it has free two hour shipping on multiple items. And it arrives on time. Way better than the Google express app which is not accurate. I love prime now you get all these features just by buying prime.
I need to close and reopen the app now to accurately follow my delivery when its on its way; why does this no longer work all of a sudden?
Frozen food arrives in cold bags and frosty. Prices comparable to the store I shop at. The app texts you 2 minutes before the driver arrives. If your close to this service you will love it
I wish that there was more variety in terms of products, but not enough to dock them a star.
THIS IS THE BEST THING EVERRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!! Seriously, if you dont have Prime Now, youre missing out on one of the great benefits of being an American. Are you binge watching Netflix and dont feel like running out for dinner? Order your chicken tenders and frozen mixed veggies and never leave your house! THANK YOU AMAZON!
Some bad moments
Rude was rude. Food came cold. Be prepared to wait a long time
The intent and execution Prime now had been a glorious thing. Sit home, order your items, set your tip, get your stuff within 3 hours or less.
Then new feature was added - the ability to acquire items from Sprouts and it all falls apart. Now there are 2 carts, 2 payments, 2 confirmations that may or may not work. The app took one payment gave a confirmation, then stuttered accepted the 2nd confirmation but it can take upwards of 15 minutes for your cart to empty. Then you find out it didnt work.
Customer service calls you right back, then puts you on hold for an ETERNITY, then you find out theyre useless. They cant tell you what happened or cant help with your order, or anything useful.
They just ask that stupid question when you realize theyre useless is there anything else I can help you with... I suggested she stop asking that question until she Could do something.
This kind of defeats the point of the service. I try to order and there are no delivery Windows available.
Couriers seem to be unfamiliar with ALL aspects of delivery, and use dial-only phone numbers to contact you. When trying to call courier back youre instructed to use the app; when using the app, Amazon has no record of orders or any clue where or who the courier is to contact them.
Absolute mess.
Ive bought food from Amazon and Sprouts through this app. The food from sprouts was exactly what I ordered, was delivered within the 2 hour window, and the driver was extremely nice and professional. As for the Amazon driver he arrived at my building, I buzzed him in via the call box, and then I received a text saying "Your Amazon Prime Now Order was refused at delivery." WHAT?! I think its because I ordered bottled water and he didnt want to carry that to my condo. I called customer service and they apologized and told me Id have to just reorder. No thanks. Ill find a different delivery service that actually delivers. And P.s. I did not receive a full refund on my purchase.
I have been using this for awhile now regularly(2 times a week or more) and have had minimal complaints. But for the last week, when I ever I attempt to check out, the app tells me there are no delivery Windows available and tic check back later! Whats going on? I am very disappointed.
