Wish I could use it

Okay, Im eligible to use this service where I live and everything. Its just that for some reason the app never works! I add my items to the cart, I press checkout, select the time, select the time, select the time, select the time... You see what I mean. It constantly repeats this step and I cant complete my order. Its very frustrating since this is only a mobile feature.
