Clippable coupons in the Amazon app are not available in the Amazon Prime Now app

Downloaded this by mistake- the regular Amazon app is 100x better. Ordered stuff for delivery and almost no customer support. Does not deserve to even be a page 3 or page 4 app!

Please add option to save items for later or option to create a wish list. Thank you.

I may never enter a store again. I work 80+ hrs a week and this makes shopping way more convenient. Im able to afford organic produce and food this way too. Its way more reasonable. Thanks Amazon!!

Realized Id left my mac charger at work just as my computer died. With my final paper on it. Amazon Prime delivered a new one within 2 hours while I was in class. Such a relief to have my computer back on and a new charger all so quickly! Literally saved my grade!

Bad customer support and drivers who dont have the ability to read street signs. If their GPS SAYS its the address its where they leave it. Very poor experience with this company. The fine print tells me that this is not amazon.. But its available to prime members. Trust me, they live up to not being amazon.

Expensive, and available to a tiny, tiny fraction of the population. Maybe a little more thought and planning before rolling out these half-assed apps?

The app is a total game changer, but there are some glaring problems that need to be addressed. First, the drivers NEVER pay attention to the delivery notes... When your building takes up a whole block and you have to go find them at the front lobby after you tell them to use the side entrance in the notes... Its annoying. Then you get your stuff and the bags dont have handles... Great, have fun carrying 10 paper bags of heavy groceries with no handles down a block to get back to your side of the block. 10 bags? Yep, they like to package items individually. You might get a whole bag with a single potato inside. Smart. What about the app itself- many items dont have pictures (fine) I can guess what Im getting, but many items dont have any sort of description either. It can be hit or miss. Im confident the app and service will get better in time with enough feedback... just hurry before someone else does it better.

Such a great and easy to use app if you live in an area to enjoy Prime Now. We use the service weekly! Fresh produce and organic products are often cheaper than our local organic store. Never had an issue with delivery or the drivers. Currently awaiting one of my many orders! :)

The app is nice. The only thing I can complain about is that there is no way to leave a review about the product. I got a wrong product and wanted to leave a comment. About the delivery itself: I am glad that this service exists. They deliver items that are too heavy or big for me like bottled water, soda, cat litter, paper towels. Some items are cheaper than in stores, and even with a tip the total price is about the same as in stores. But! Some drivers are not as good as others. I know that my house is difficult to see from the street, that is why I leave a note about it during checkout describing where the house is. Drivers just dont read it! They disturb my neighbors and call me just because that are too lazy to read a note. Ordering after sunset is even worth, because it is too dark for them to find a house and they call me and ask to meet them while I am at work. I would like to use the service more frequent but those issues are really unpleasant for me and my neighbors. People who are complaining about tips just dont read the info during checkout. Update1: No delivery time available??? I wanted to order delivery at 7 PM for the next morning and I just cant. Something is really wrong with time selection feature. Update2: Currently something is totally broken. You cannot buy anything from product page, only from a search list. It is impossible to buy products with View Options button! No way to report a bug. Contacted customer service. Selected email as a way to communicate. In the first message they ask me to call them. Something is totally wrong with that amazon branch.

I really wish this app had the Save For Later option or at least a wish list, the $20 minimum purchase makes me have things sitting in my cart for a while. Id rather have it on a wish list or save for later.

Was hopeful but the promotional code did not work for me. I can see the app being useful but will try again maybe in the future. Promotional leads: Please indicate the minimum purchase order needed for the promotion for ones area...I ordered more than the delivery minimum $30+ but the promotional code would not take.

Stuck in a hotel with illness. Got Kleenex, medicine, and food in about 30 minutes. Amazing.

Cant find fault with the app itself, however having an iPad version would make it much more usable and a desktop version would be a total game changer as the majority of users spend a large proportion of their day in front of a laptop/desktop and having to use the phone instead isnt ideal in a lot of office situations. Potentially means some people will delay ordering or wont order at all.

I love the service. Pros: Theyve always delivered within the delivery window I requested. You can track your order on the map in the app, so you know exactly when its coming Cons: Theres no way to print or email an invoice from within the app (or anywhere else). A workaround is to use the delivery email as your invoice, but a couple of times I adjusted my tip, and theres no way to generate an adjusted invoice. Ditto if you inadvertently delete that email.

The convenience is obvious but the app doesnt work with iPhone and the drivers can never figure out how to get to where your apartment is despite the clearest instructions.

It started great but Ive had issues with past couple of orders. I got cherry tomatoes instead of Roma. Coupons didnt work and I had to call the support to get it fixed. Also, why should I tip? Shouldnt Amazon be paying the delivery guys?
