Bugs prevent using the app. Love Amazon Prime. Prime Now brings utter humiliation to the Prime name. Really bad job, Prime Now team. Really, really bad job.

I absolutely, completely, totally love Prime Now. Just what I need, at a good price, delivered promptly by great people. The interface however is completely awful. Amazons already clunky and outdated interface makes grocery shopping that much more painful. From the makers of one-click checkout, it takes a series of many clicks, loads, swipe, click again, and zoom to get basic info otherwise obtained in 10 seconds in the store. Right up front, one swipe, we should be able to see: - Serving size - Servings per container - calories per serving - fat, protein, carb, fiber ... And one more swipe for ingredients. Because of the awful interface I only use Prime Now for last minute, oops-something-came-up shopping. If the UI were fixed Id probably do ALL my grocery shopping this way.

I loved Amazon Prime Now when it first rolled out. It was great, order items through the app, and get them within 2 hours with no delivery fee. It worked, and I loved it. Then times got longer, and longer. Rather than Amazon hiring enough people, they just let delivery times get longer, and longer. Today, I placed an order at 1pm, and my delivery time is 8:00-10:00pm. That isnt a fast delivery time Amazon. Get it together.

Prime now used to be pretty decent service. But not anymore. It now takes $20 to make one order, instead of $15!!! Can you just change the policy randomly? Many popular products are either gone or have become more pricey. For example, the price of 89 oz Tropicana juice is now $9.49. It used to be 4 yo 5 bucks. And worse still, its no longer available via Amazon. Terrible service!

This app works great! The grocery selection is fantastic and the delivery is prompt and always correct! I love that I can watch my order on the map as its being made and delivered. I know exactly when to expect it. 5 stars!

Some complaining of $20 minimum? Thats typical of most delivery services. Weve had great experiences with restaurant deliveries (one time the driver called as she was lost). Food always hot and tasty. Love it!

The app itself needs an update. There is no way to update future orders, chance future orders, or even modify the payment. Also, we should be able to rate the delivery drivers. Some are great and others are horrible. Why does Amazon keep putting out trash apps that are at 25% functionality? Also, the food options are too limited for both restaurants and prime now grocery delivery. They are constantly out of stock of the already limited items for grocery. Now they add other stores to buy from that are very limited. Figure it out and then launch the app, not the other way around. Also, they never have enough drivers so its near impossible to get food delivered during dinner times and especially on weekends. Time to hire more people or shut it down. Horrible customer experience.

I see a lot of the 2 star reviews on here and i think wow really? This app is awesome for the moments or days you dont want to go out and shop you can do it right at home and receive it within two or 3 hours which isnt bad at all usually ill get snacks and chips and water or ingredients to make dinner overall great app!!

I ordered groceries from sprouts and the service was prompt - 3 hours - and the veggies were well picked and packaged. The interface is in need of some upgrades, the images are large contributing to the time it takes to scroll through items. It would be amazing if Amazon could provide the ability to download prices and inventory in csv or some other spreadsheet friendly format. If not, a Windows Explorer type "details" view (as opposed to the "tiles" view) option would be great.

The service is wonderful, very convenient; however, theres been multiple times inventory was not available and I received the text message while the order was already being prepared. Since more than half my order was not in the inventory, I wanted to cancel but there is currently no option to cancel for a Sprouts delivery in this time frame. I called customer service and they were not able to cancel the order, they stated I would need to reject the order when it arrived (it had not left the warehouse for a good hour). There needs to be a better way of communicating. Why are you going to waste a drivers time. It is a good 30 minutes from the fulfillment location to my location. That is a waste of time and gas. Would be helpful if the customer is able to cancel the order when you are not able to fulfill your inventory. Also to update your inventory more routinely so the customer is not consistently ordering items you are not able to fulfill. I look forward to an improved future state.

Mpls warehouse selection not very big. Calculations of where the driver is does not update. Often way off and then bam they show up at the door. Please add real time tracking like Dominoes pizza app. Then improve your location map of the driver.

A bit of a multi-pronged app to have the star rating accurately represent it. Ive only used it a couple times for the restaurant ordering, and, Id have to say Seamless and others should heed Prime Now. While the restaurant selection is minimal, the method is far superior. Seeing a map showing the progression of the delivery is very convenient, as are the accurate delivery time estimates. Hopefully restaurants will flock to Prime Now so the selection can rival other players in this space :-)

Gettnerdone ordered an ice cream to see if it would be melted when it was delivered...what a complete douchnozzle!! And you tracked the delivery person the whole way??! Then you mention a few times about how you tipped the person...whoopty doo! What a pretentious jerk!!

I love the convenience of this app! The selection is also pretty awesome already, but Im also eagerly looking forward to seeing how it expands. Most things are comparably priced so its totally worth it to skip the trip to the store. I agree with what others have said, it needs a save for later function. Also, maybe a little more precision with the delivery tracking. It said it was heading my way and the purple dot was 5ish minutes from me but then it went the other way for quite a while (maybe 45 minutes) before looping back.

I used this app half a dozen times with no problems. Then suddenly it doesnt work at all. I constantly get an error message. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have an iPhone 6s+ with 9.3.1 iOS.

Ive used Prime Now several times now and dont really have any major complaints. I like having the ability to change the tip amount after delivery. They have a decent selection of food and non-food items. They carry good brands, a lot of organic food items and the prices are comparable to local grocery stores. Do they carry everything? No. Two things I wish they carried are a better selection of ice cream and wish they carried ICE. Really? No ice?!?! I suspect that has to do with possible delays in delivery. Also, the 2-hour delivery is not exactly as it sounds. In my experience, it has taken 4 hrs to get an order delivered; 2 hours to "prepare" my order and then you have the 2-hour delivery window. My delivery has always fallen late in the second hour. Still, for the convenience I continue to use it.

Its wrong on the map, so the delivery driver keeps delivering our items to the wrong place.

The app seems to crash upon startup. It was useable before the most recent update. I am using iOS 9.3.1 on an iphone 6s plus.

Almost there. The app is pretty solid. But the selection of products in my area (SF) is just not at MVP level.
