My order was messed up multiple times (missing things) and its so difficult trying to contact them back. Everything is done through the app. The delivery people are completely unprofessional. I had one delivery guy act so rude to me because I couldnt leave my house to meet him and get the delivery. Poor service. Not worth it.

I ordered the wrong item and it wouldnt let me cancel in app. I have to call someone or have it delivered. I call and they need my username, which I cannot get from the app. So I have to login on my computer to cancel an order. I dont need security to cancel something! Security should stop someone from purchasing. So after a terse conversation I find the order was cancelled due to billing error. I try to order the right item and change my options and every time I try the app resets my payment method to the expired card. Honestly, Ive had surgical procedures that have been easier!

I wish that there was more variety in terms of products, but not enough to dock them a star.

Are you binge watching Netflix and dont feel like running out for dinner? Order your chicken tenders and frozen mixed veggies and never leave your house! THANK YOU AMAZON!

BEST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! So yesterday i couldnt sleep by thinking that i had so many errands the next day and stuff i had to do and on top of that, i had to do grocery shopping (havent for a week now)

I hate it!!! They dont have anything from the original Amazon app. They dont have Breyer horses, or anything else Im looking for. The only good thing is that the shipping is fast. But theres no point in that if Im not gonna buy anything in the first place. Thats that.

Amazon Prime Now is the best thing that ever happened to me. Bless you for existing, never go away. Ignore the negative reviews (unless theyre truly legit) because I cant tell you how often Amazon Prime Now has saved me!! Thank you!

Maybe its just prime now in Nashville, but it was kind of cool to try once, but I dont think Ill ever use it again. Ridiculous delivery fees plus ridiculous recommended tips, very limited selection, and they close very early at night.

The app works fine, but on the final checkout when it gives you the total there is no mention of tip anywhere. Then my card got nailed for a $5 charge which apparently was for the PrimeNow tip. Im fine to tip, as long as they dont try and hide it by not putting it anywhere on the order page or checkout. Also, the app would not display any restaurant delivery section for me. I would rather it have the section with a message no restaurants in my area.

Unable to use promotional credit tied to my Amazon account. Also wish they have more selections in Minneapolis.

Ordered through this service and although it came quick and prices werent bad I was missing about 6 items. Its unfortunate because I love Amazon prime, hoping this was just a fluke.

I recently had a procedure done on my right foot & have been unable to drive to get groceries myself. My husband is also super busy due to the nature of his job; but we needed the essentials! I ordered my groceries, and they delivered within the time window. The delivery driver was also very courteous. Im very happy this service exists as I need several medical procedures a year that prevent me from driving. Thanks Amazon Prime Now!

Tried to get the app but every time I try and download it it says it will do so but doesnt.

I was a bit wary about using APN at first because of the negative reviews but I decided to give it a try since the main complaint was the tip amount ($5). Whoever has a problem with giving a delivery person a $5 tip for this service apparently thinks its still 1972. This is an awesome app and service. I actually tip the delivery person more since I dont have to go out! I would spend over $10 dollars on transportation and a couple of hours of my valuable time if I went in search of items on my own, so I give it to the delivery person. Im a huge fan of this service.

I guess this was the first and last time I try this! I needed ink for my printer and got a couple of things to make it worthwhile. I had to run other errands, but no big deal because I selected the "leave at doorstep" option! While Im out I get a text that my order was undeliverable! I click the link, it opens the app and it say theyre refunding the purchase, but didnt say why. So I use the contact and ask why it was undeliverable. After a minute I get a reply that still has no explanation! Just "sorry" and that Ill get a refund. Hopefully the driver didnt drive across town, ring the bell and then not follow the explicit instructions to leave the package! Even if I wanted to, I cant use the app again without any assurance that my house is in fact "deliverable".

I will not try this again. Although I love amazon this falls short! I tried to order at 7:30 pm and the time delivery was next day. The product descriptions for food are terrible and it takes way too long to order (hard to move through app for all of your shopping) The beauty of this type of app would be to order one or two items but the minimum is $30. It takes way too long to fill up your cart with fruit and vege. I give this a big thumbs down.

I would like an option to be able to rate each delivery and tell Amazon what was wrong. I have had a few rude deliverers and I would have liked to be able to let you guys know in the app. Maybe have a rating system and comments for each delivery.
