Decent app -- needs more functionality

Let me start off by saying that I placed my order and waited until 3 minutes before the delivery window closed to find out it was cancelled. A refund was issued but no explanation was given. Apparently the driver had technical difficulties using the app, never called, and just cancelled the order.

As for the app--good general features but I wish you could filter and sort by restaurant rating.
