Needs Work
The service is wonderful, very convenient; however, theres been multiple times inventory was not available and I received the text message while the order was already being prepared. Since more than half my order was not in the inventory, I wanted to cancel but there is currently no option to cancel for a Sprouts delivery in this time frame. I called customer service and they were not able to cancel the order, they stated I would need to reject the order when it arrived (it had not left the warehouse for a good hour). There needs to be a better way of communicating. Why are you going to waste a drivers time. It is a good 30 minutes from the fulfillment location to my location. That is a waste of time and gas. Would be helpful if the customer is able to cancel the order when you are not able to fulfill your inventory. Also to update your inventory more routinely so the customer is not consistently ordering items you are not able to fulfill. I look forward to an improved future state.
