Undeliverable, would not give me a reason why!

I guess this was the first and last time I try this! I needed ink for my printer and got a couple of things to make it worthwhile. I had to run other errands, but no big deal because I selected the "leave at doorstep" option!

While Im out I get a text that my order was undeliverable! I click the link, it opens the app and it say theyre refunding the purchase, but didnt say why.

So I use the contact and ask why it was undeliverable. After a minute I get a reply that still has no explanation! Just "sorry" and that Ill get a refund.

Hopefully the driver didnt drive across town, ring the bell and then not follow the explicit instructions to leave the package!

Even if I wanted to, I cant use the app again without any assurance that my house is in fact "deliverable".
